Where are L'Envol du Colibri orders shipped from?
The products are shipped from our storage location, i.e. from our shop in Namur.
I want to modify or cancel my order
You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order is not validated.
Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it directly, even to add a coupon code.
If you have made a mistake (wrong delivery address for example), please contact us as soon as possible at: email@example.com and we will do our best to access your request before your package leaves.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the order you wish to place (brand, name of the article, colour and size desired). We will send you as soon as possible a confirmation e-mail with the payment details.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, you can order from abroad. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated as soon as the delivery address is filled in correctly. All geographical areas and their corresponding rates can be found in the table below:

Can I use and how do I use a coupon code (Gift Voucher)?
Yes, your coupon/gift voucher has a code. The coupon code can be used in the shopping cart at checkout. Simply enter it in the “promo code” box and validate. The amount of the discount is automatically deducted from the basket.

How do I know if my order and payment have been received?
As soon as you have placed your order and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
How do I know if my package has been dispatched?
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email informing you that the package is ready to be shipped. Via a tracking code, you are able to follow the dispatch of your order.

What are the conditions for return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, you can of course return it. For any request for return / exchange, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order via firstname.lastname@example.org. No refund or exchange will be granted for parcels returned without prior notification.
Only products returned in perfect condition in their original packaging can be taken back. Any product that has been damaged or without original packaging will not be exchanged or refunded.
For all beauty and care products (soap, shampoo, deodorant, oils, nail polish, make-up, etc.), for reasons of hygiene, these types of products can neither be returned nor refunded.
Items on sale will not be taken back or exchanged.
If the return is validated by l’Envol du Colibri, you can request either a refund (except for shipping costs) or an exchange of the product.
All shipping costs for returns are at your expense and will not be refunded.
